利用热丝化学气相沉积法(HFCVD)在碳化硅基底上制备金刚石薄膜,采用场发射扫描电子显微镜、拉曼光谱仪、原子力显微镜研究了在不同甲烷浓度条件下制备的金刚石薄膜表面形貌及物相组成,在干摩擦条件下通过往复式摩擦磨损实验测试并计算了已制备金刚石薄膜的摩擦系数和磨损率,结合物相分析及摩擦磨损实验结果分析了甲烷浓度的改变对金刚石薄膜摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,由于甲烷气体含量的升高,金刚石薄膜结晶质量下降,薄膜由微米晶向纳米晶转变。摩擦磨损实验结果显示:3%甲烷浓度条件下制备的金刚石薄膜耐磨性较好,磨损率为2.2×10-7 mm3/mN;5%甲烷浓度条件下制备的金刚石薄膜摩擦系数最低(0.032),磨损率为5.7×10-7 mm3/mN,制备的金刚石薄膜的耐磨损性能相比于碳化硅基底(磨损率为9.89×10-5 mm3/mN)提升了两个数量级,显著提高了碳化硅基底的耐磨性。  相似文献

We have proposed an optical method of vortex shape measurement based on Fourier transform profilometry (FTP) and verified it by experiment. The results of our experiment proposed in this paper show that FTP can efficiently reconstruct the vortex shape at a free surface and this method is suitable for wide use in studying such problems as liquid shear flow, wake of an object, flow behind a bluff body, and wetting angle.  相似文献

Experiments concerning the properties of soap films have recently been carried out and these systems have been proposed as experimental versions of theoretical two‐dimensional liquids. A silk filament introduced into a flowing soap film, was seen to demonstrate various stable modes, and these were, namely, a mode in which the filament oscillates and one in which the filament is stationary and aligns with the flow of the liquid. The system could be forced from the oscillatory mode into the non‐ oscillatory mode by varying the length of the filament. In this article we use numerical and computational techniques in order to simulate the strongly coupled behaviour of the filament and the fluid. Preliminary results are presented for the specific case in which the filament is seen to oscillate continuously for the duration of our simulation. We also find that the filament oscillations are strongly suppressed when we reduce the effective length of the filament. We believe that these results are reminiscent of the different oscillatory and non‐oscillatory modes observed in experiment. The numerical solutions show that, in contrast to experiment, vortices are created at the leading edge of the filament and are preferentially grown in the curvature of the filament and are eventually released from the trailing edge of the filament. In a similar manner to oscillating hydrofoils, it seems that the oscillating filaments are in a minimal energy state, extracting sufficient energy from the fluid to oscillate. In comparing numerical and experimental results it is possible that the soap film does have an effect on the fluid flow especially in the boundary layer where surface tension forces are large. Efforts are made to explore the hysteresis characteristics of vortex shedding in a pipe flow, whose velocity varies periodically in time. Results obtained show that during acceleration of the flow, the vortex strength tends to be stronger, whereas during deceleration of the flow, the situation is reversed. As reconstructed from the velocity signals measured at a point in the flow field, the shed vortex arrays appear to possess uneven vortex strengths in response to periodically-varying incoming flows. Furthermore, in the hysteresis range, the streamwise spacings between the vortices appear to be unequal.  相似文献

从日本冲绳采回枝管藻,用毛细管将成熟多室孢子囊挑出,在试验室条件下培养,可长成孢子体.用光学显微镜和透射电子显微镜观察发现:孢子释放后形成盘状体附着在基质上,念珠状同化丝从盘状体中间分生.同化丝可从中间部位产生分支,多室孢子囊位于部分同化丝的近端部;同化丝大量产生后基部细胞平行排列,中空,形成假薄壁组织,而后孢子体进入伸长生长阶段;在每个盘状体细胞和同化丝细胞中都有多个色素体和线粒体,蛋白核突出于色素体其他部分,类脂体存在于类囊体中;在同化丝的细胞壁上存在缺口;对同化纤毛而言,色素体和线粒体数量少,紧贴细胞膜,质壁分离严重,在细胞壁上存在“通道”.  相似文献

Active flow-separation control is an effective and efficient mean for drag reduction and unsteady load alleviation resulting from locally or massively separated flow. Such a situation occurs in configurations where the aerodynamic performance is of secondary importance to functionality. The performance of heavy transport helicopters and aeroplanes, having a large, and almost flat, aft loading ramp suffer from the poor aerodynamics of the aft body. Hence, a combined experimental and numerical investigation was undertaken on a generic transport aeroplane/helicopter configuration. The experimental study provided surface pressures, direct drag measurements, surface and smoke flow visualization. The baseline flow was numerically analyzed, using finite volume solutions of the RANS equations. The baseline flow around the model was insensitive to the Reynolds number in the range it was tested. The flow separating from the aft body was characterized by two main sources of drag and unsteadiness. The first is a separation bubble residing at the lower ramp corner and the second is a pair of vortex systems developing and separating from the sides of the ramp. As the model incidence is decreased, the pair of vortex systems also penetrates deeper towards the centerline of the ramp, decreasing the pressure and increasing the drag. As expected, the ramp lower corner bubble was highly receptive to periodic excitation introduced from four addressable piezo-fluidic actuators situated at the ramp lower corner. Total drag was reduced by 3–11%, depending on the model incidence. There are indications that the flow in the wake of the model is also significantly steadier when the bubble at the lower ramp corner is eliminated. The vortex system is tighter and steadier when the ramp-corner bubble is eliminated.  相似文献

In the core of the seminal Graph Minor Theory of Robertson and Seymour lies a powerful theorem capturing the ``rough' structure of graphs excluding a fixed minor. This result was used to prove Wagner's Conjecture that finite graphs are well-quasi-ordered under the graph minor relation. Recently, a number of beautiful results that use this structural result have appeared. Some of these along with some other recent advances on graph minors are surveyed. New concepts for the study of incompressible plane or axisymmetric flows are analysed by the stream tube method. Flows without eddies and pure vortex flows are considered in a transformed domain where the mapped streamlines are rectilinear or circular. The transformation between the physical domain and the computational domain is an unknown of the problem. In order to solve the non-linear set of relevant equations, we present a new algorithm based on a trust region technique which is effective for non-convex optimization problems. Experimental results show that the new algorithm is more robust compared to the Newton-Raphson method.  相似文献

A Dale-Eisinger style analysis (R. E. Daleet al., Biophys. J. 26, 161, 1979) is used to produce three-dimensional plots that display the limits on the average orientation factor k 2 that is required to calculate molecular distances in F-actin from fluorescence resonance energy transfer measurements. Maxima and minima plots are generated for the transfer of energy from a donor to a single acceptor and for transfer to multiple acceptors that are related by F-actin helical symmetry. The analysis is performed in terms of dipole cone half-angles rather than depolarization factors, in order to facilitate the modeling of the multiple acceptor problem. Calculations are carried out under the restrictive condition of a single electric dipole moment per fluorophore. In addition, both surface and volume averaging of the donor and acceptor dipoles are considered. Comparisons between the plots show that for the multiple acceptor cases with F-actin symmetry, there is a great reduction in the range for maxima and minima limits on k 2. The calculations also suggest guidelines for the choice of fluorescence label that will result in an average orientation factor occurring within acceptable limits, i.e., inside the limits for which k 2=2/3 may be employed. Thus, without having detailed knowledge of the mean donor or acceptor dipole relative orientations, the use of k 2=2/3 in radial coordinate studies of F-actin is more than reasonable and is fairly assured of being correct.  相似文献
